Shipping & Returns

Shipping 

All prices quoted on this website include standard worldwide shipping.  Shipping is noted as "FREE" however this simply means that all shipping and handling fees are included in the price displayed.  Itemized invoices can be provided upon request. Items are shipped ground mail (Royal Mail / USPS). This shipping service is advised as taking 5-7 (business) days but can take up to 2 weeks for delivery from date of postage, depending on where you live and local / national customs check times. We now offer an express DHL shipping service which you can read more about here. 

Returns 

Custom Design Products 

Products which have been custom designed can only be returned for the following reasons; 

1. Size received is different from that which you ordered by more than 2cm. 
2. There is a defect in the design. 
3. The garment is damaged. 

Stock Products 

If you have ordered a product from our stock designs which was not customized for you, you may return to us within 14 days of receipt, providing it is in the original package, unworn and undamaged.

Refunds 

All refunds will be made via the payment method.
