Shipping & Returns
All prices quoted on this website include standard worldwide shipping unless noted otherwise. Shipping is noted as "FREE" however this simply means that all shipping and handling fees are included in the price displayed. Itemized invoices can be provided upon request. Items are shipped ground mail (Royal Mail / USPS or the national mail carrier for your country). This shipping service is advised as taking 5-7 (business) days but can take up to 2 weeks for delivery from date of postage, depending on where you live and local / national customs check times. We now offer an express DHL shipping service which you can read more about here.
Please note that shipping times are from the time your order production is completed. We advise allowing 4-6 weeks from placing of orders until delivery unless Express Production/Delivery is selected. Standard production generally takes 3-4 weeks however can take a little longer during busy times of the season. If you have any concerns about receiving your order in time for an event, please send us an email so we can advise the best order and shipping method.
Custom Design Products
Products which have been custom designed can only be returned for the following reasons;
1. Size received is different from that which you ordered by more than the stated tolerance of 2cm.
2. There is a defect in the design.
3. The garment is damaged.
If you have ordered a product from our stock designs which was not customized for you (or had a name added), you may return to us within 14 days of receipt, providing it is in the original package, unworn and undamaged.

All refunds will be made via the payment method. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receipt and acceptance of goods.
