Rift Apparel provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. By ordering from us you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
Rift Apparel attempt to be as accurate as possible with all communication and product descriptions. Rift Apparel does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free from error. If a product offered by Rift Apparel is not as described, you should contact us immediately to obtain a returns number and return the item unused and in its original packaging.
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
When you contact us via our website or by email, you are communicating with us electronically. By doing so you consent to receive communications from us electronically which we will do so via email. You agree that all agreements, notices, details, disclosures and communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY
Please review our Shipping and Returns policy, posted on this site. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time.
LOGO AND TRADEMARK USAGE
Any consumer wishing to use a logo not covered by existing licencing agreements should first obtain written permission from said company. Where a consumer requests the use of a logo or image not covered by an existing licensing agreement, Rift Apparel does not verify sponsorship or logo usage and assumes that the consumer has authorization or the logo is approved for this specific usage.
PROOFS
Design proofs will be made for all custom design products and approval of proofs is approval of all details contained within, including sizing, spelling, logos etc.
The appearance of colors can vary from screen to screen and in print. While we make every effort possible to match proof colors when printing, due to limitations in printing this is not always possible. RIFT Apparel cannot be held responsible where colors differ and a reasonable attempt has been made to match the color. If you are ordering jerseys for a team or organisation where exact color matching is required, we advise that you order a single jersey sample initially to check the colors are as desired.
The location of some logos & images can vary a small amount from proof to print due to process in manufacture. If logo or image location is of importance please make this clear when proofs are being reviewed.
PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING TIMES
Rift Apparel will make every effort to dispatch all orders within the allotted time period. Standard production takes 3 - 4 weeks and we suggest allowing up to 2 weeks for delivery. During busier times of year any delays will be advised to you and you can request an update on your order status at any time by sending a message via your account screen. Rift Apparel will not be held responsible for any orders delayed in shipping after they have left our premises. Once production on an order has begun it will no longer be possible to amend or cancel an order without incurring costs.
CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order there will be no charges incurred. Once we have begun production on an order it is not possible to cancel the order. In some circumstances it may be possible to cancel an order within a week of placing it however a 25% fee will be deducted from your order price to cover production costs already incurred.
PAYMENT & CURRENCY
The default currency used by RiftApparel.com is US Dollars. In some regions such as Europe and the UK the local currency will be displayed using current approximate exchange rates. Charges to your Credit Card or PayPal account will be made in USD so if you are unsure please check the USD price before ordering.
SHIPPING ORIGIN
All orders ship from our Canada Office (as of May 15th 2022, formerly UK office). Price paid by customer are made up of the garment, design fees (for custom designs), shipping, handling and taxes due in country of origin. Rift Apparel are not responsible for any tax liable in destination country. Please make yourself aware of any tax liability for imports in your country before ordering. If you would like to check if we have a Rift distributor in your country, please get in touch. Additional costs may apply when ordering through a distributor.
